E-File PATS Testing

The following information is to be used by tax software vendors who wish to test with the Commonwealth's Electronic Filing System.  The tests developed here should also be used if the vendor is supporting the 2D barcode on the full-year resident returns.  See the 2D Barcode Section for additional information regarding the Non-Resident 2D Barcode test scenario.
