New Organization, New Opportunities

As a part of the newly reorganized Finance and Administration Cabinet, the Department is now positioned to provide greater services through increased organizational flexibility as well as the development of knowledge/functional expertise centers. These organizational changes along with changes to operational mentalities represent the first steps in developing a more effective and efficient agency.

By restructuring the Department around knowledge/expertise centers, we are creating efficiencies within the Department and providing greater opportunities to further the development of all of our employees by creating new career path options within the Department.
